I, David Michael Vallaire, hereafter referred to as DMV, will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during calls unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law. I will not record you and you agree not to record any of the conversations had in any session with DMV under penalty of law.
And monies forwarded to DMV or this site, davidmichaelvallaire.com, are accepted only for the time of DMV during the call and not my skill/ability. It is your responsibility to make common sense choices and always consult licensed professionals such as a Lawyer, Doctor, Psychologist or Licensed Therapist for any Medical or Legal advice and any conversation with me is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal counselling.
The Client is 100% responsible for their own actions taken based on having a conversation with DMV. Any visions you may have during a call with DMV are subject to your own careful evaluation.
Any conversation had with DMV, will not force you to follow a particular course of action or attempt to exert any form of control over your free will and common sense.
By proceeding with services from DMV you agree to the terms above, and release DMV and his company, davidmichaelvallaire.com, or associated companies of DMV, from all liabilities, legal claims and expenses that may result both directly and indirectly from services performed. DMV reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.
Only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above terms and conditions can a conversation with DMV take place.
